The X-Rite i1 Pro 2 Probe is a true Spectrophotometer that can give consistent results with display devices from projection to LCD, and plasma to CRT.

The i1 Pro 2 probe works within colour critical environments, in combination with the LightSpace colour management system, to support accurate calibration achieved via direct display device measurement for both projection systems and monitors.

The i1 Pro 2 is a contact and non-contact spectrophotometer designed for very accurate measurement of any display systems found in DI environments. Combined with LightSpace CMS Calibration Interface it becomes a calibration measurement system, enabling very accurate checks to be performed on display systems including direct display systems, such as LCD, LCoS, CRT, and Plasma, as well as projection systems, such as DLP, D-ILA and film projection.

User operation is simple, requiring the i1 Pro 2 to be pointed at or placed on the display to be measured and connected to the USB port on a LightSpace CMS device. You can capture either single-point measurements or a continuous stream of live data from the i1 Display Pro for live calibration, as well as performing full profiling for automated LUT generation.
